had to do some investigating to find someone a trans-friendly doctor in Wellington - for some reason its not listed as a category in the yellow pages.
You could technically go to any doctor and they would be bound by Hippocratic oath to help you out, but some people are just EVEN FRIENDLIER. So I thought I would share on here and see if anyone else has people they’d recommend!
Julian Foster at Terrace medical center – treats a number of queer and trans people who all say he is great.
Evolve Youth Health Centre - they are really busy, but they make an effort to squeeze in appointments for queer and trans youth cos they’re at higher risk and stuff. Maybe just say you’re ‘with School’s Out’ or something if you don’t wanna come out straight away.
